摘要: 纺织印染工业是我国主要VOCs(挥发性有机物)污染排放的行业之一。对于无组织排放的VOCs废气,我国现行的相关标准控制的位置为是企业边界。单一工艺流程的无组织排放,目前国家标准中没有排放限值,相关检测研究也较少,而这部分的废气与工人和周边居民的健康息息相关。通过使用双检测器气体分析仪及红外摄像仪,对两家典型印染企业的不同典型工段进行了无组织排放VOCs的监测和泄露排查。通过现场监测及估算的结果与已有标准限值进行对比,发现普通印花工段的无组织排放VOCs浓度是标准限值的2倍左右,而数码印花工段的VOCs浓度仅为限值的1/3,是更为清洁、环保的生产工艺。部分泄漏处的VOCs浓度约是标准限值的50余倍。

Abstract: Printing and dyeing of textile industry is one of the major industries that emit VOCs (volatile organic gas). For the non-organized emissions of VOCs, our country's current relevant standards adopted to the enterprise boundary detection, but there is little research on the detection of single process. It is just this part of the exhaust gas that seriously affect the health of the workers and the surrounding residents. In order to monitor unorganized VOCs emissions on different section of two typical printing and dyeing enterprises, I used Dual-detector gas analyzer and portable infrared imaging devices. Compared with the existing standard limits, the non-organized VOCs concentration of ordinary printing section is about twice that of standard limits, while the concentration in the digital printing section is only a third of standard limits. So that digital printing is a cleaner and more environmentally friendly technology. The concentration of the partial leak exceeds the standard limits by as much as more than fifty times.
