职称论文发表典型流化床生活垃圾焚烧炉飞灰的粒径分布,以及不同粒径飞灰的理化特征,发现37~74 μm占总质量的56.0%,不同粒径的飞灰其元素分布差异并不大,但是<37 μm的飞灰含有较多的Cu和Cl且具有最大的比表面积。所有飞灰的PCDD/Fs浓度呈现PCDFs浓度大于PCDDs的浓度的特征。并选取典型粒径的飞灰研究了飞灰粒径对从头合成PCDD/Fs的影响,发现PCDD/PCDF的比值非常小,生成的主要是PCDFs,且更趋向于生成高氯代的PCDDs以及所有的PCDFs;还发现SO2对于从头合成PCDD/Fs具有明显的抑制作用。

Abstract: Particle size of Fly ash prticles from a typical fluidized bed MSW incinerator and physicochemical properties of different prticle size are investigated. Fly ash concentrating in the particle size of 37 ~ 74μm accounts for 56.0% of the total mass , and different fly ash with different elemental distributions shows almost the same chromatogram. However, fly ash which particle size is smaller than 37μm shows the largest specific surface area and contains more copper and chlorine than those in the other size. The concentration of PCDFs is larger than PCDDs showed in the results of all the flyash sample. Then, the influence of fly ash particle size on de-novo is investigated. PCDDs/PCDFs ratio is quiet small, which indicates that formation of PCDFs is dominant. As well as high- chlorinated PCDDs are easier to be formed than low-chlorinated. What's more, SO2 has obvious inhibitory effect on the de-novo of PCDD/Fs.
