职称论文发表摘要： 本文从异质的FDI出发，利用国民经济19个行业2004-2013年间的数据，从理论和实证分析了不同质量的FDI对经济增长的影响。研究表明：（1）FDI单纯的数量增加不利于经济增长。（2）外资的质量而不是数量更能推动行业产出的增加。单项外商投资规模越大，外资业绩指数越高，就越能促进国民经济增长。（3）进一步将19个行业分类为农业、工业、服务业发现，FDI数量对三者的影响均为负方向，FDI质量中仅有外资业绩指数对农业的发展产生积极的影响，仅有单项外商投资规模对工业发展的作用为正方向，而FDI质量指标能够更全面地对服务业的发展产生有利的影响。因此，推动我国经济提质增效升级，必须引进高质量外资，外资的进入要尽快实现从"量"到"质"的转变。

Abstract： This paper embarks from the heterogeneity of FDI, using data of 19 industries from 2004 to 2013 and analyzing the effect of the different quality of FDI on economic growth at theoretical and empirical levels.Research shows that: (1) the pure increase in the number of FDI is bad for economic growth. (2) the FDI quality rather than quantity can be better to promote the added value of the industry. The scale of single FDI and the performance index(corresponding FDI profitability and FDI localise)have positive impacts on national economic growth. (3)Classify 19 industries to agriculture, industry and service industry,found the number of FDI are all negative direction on the three, only Performance index have a positive impact on the development of agriculture, only Scale have the positive direction of industrial development, but FDI quality index will be more fully beneficial effect on the development of service industry. So to promote our economy more efficiency and upgrade,we must introduce high quality FDI ,FDI as soon as possible is achieved transition from "quantity" to "quality".
