职称论文发表期刊要: 铁碳微电解反应器在硝基苯类废水治理中具有独到的优势,在生产实际中已获得广泛应用。然而,经典的推流式铁碳微电解反应器在实际运行中存在诸多的缺陷。本文设计出新型铁碳微电解反应器,并利用正交优化实验技术获得了装置的优化运行条件为:进水pH为1,停留时间为5h,固液比为0.03g/mL。在装置的优化运行条件下,设备的运行稳定性大幅度提高(硝基苯的去除率为80%-88%),废水处理成本显著降低,有效克服了经典推流式铁碳微电解反应器的缺陷,表明了新型铁碳微电解反应器具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: Iron carbon micro electrolysis reactor in waste water treatment of nitrobenzene class has a unique advantage, it has been widely used in the actual production. However, the classic push streaming iron carbon micro electrolysis reactor has many defects in the actual operation. This paper designed a new type of iron carbon micro electrolysis reactor, and using the orthogonal experimental technique to obtain the optimal operation conditions are given as follows: water pH is 1, residence time of 5 h, solid-liquid ratio 0.03 g/mL. In the optimal operation conditions, equipment run continuously stable performance greatly improved (nitrobenzene removal rate is 80% - 88%). WastA new iron carbon micro electrolysis reactor and its application researchewater treatment costs significantly reduced, effectively overcome the defects of classic push streaming iron carbon micro electrolysis reactor, this outcome shows the new iron carbon micro electrolysis reactor has a broad application prospect.
