职称论文发表期刊 问卷法调查了183名研究生学业拖延与尽责性和时间监控观的关系,特别考察了时间监控观在尽责性与学业拖延关系间的中介作用。研究结果表明:⑴学业拖延与尽责性的各因子及时间监控观都显著负相关,时间监控观与尽责性的各因子显著正相关。⑵尽责性的胜任感、成就上进心、自律性三个因子对学业拖延有显著的负向预测作用,时间监控观也显著负向预测学业拖延。(3)时间监控观在成就上进心、自律性对学业拖延预测过程中起完全中介效应,在胜任感与学业拖延的关系间起部分中介效应。

Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the relationship of academic procrastination to conscientiousness and time monitoring among 183 Chinese graduate students. In particular, this study examined the mediating function of time monitoring in the relationship between conscientiousness and academic procrastination. Using stepwise regression procedures, the researchers found that academic procrastination was negatively related to conscientiousness and time monitoring. Time monitoring was positively related to conscientiousness. Furthermore, conscientiousness and time monitoring significantly and negatively predicted academic procrastination. In addition, time monitoring perfectly mediated the prediction of academic procrastination from the two factors of conscientiousness--- achievement and self-discipline; while time monitoring partly mediated the prediction of academic procrastination from the factor of conscientiousness: competence. Implications for graduate students' education have been discussed.
