时代变迁中的起与落--从工农兵学员看招生制度转变

职称论文发表期刊摘要： 工农兵学员是1970年至1976年中国高等教育领域的特殊现象。在泛政治化教育的环境背景下，他们的成长经历以及所接受的教育都深深地打上了时代烙印。从教育界掀起一场"教育革命"的浪潮到"文化大革命"中彻底废除高考制度改为"推荐制"招生，工农兵学员这一群体是"推荐制"这一特殊招生标准下的产物。他们从诞生到退出历史舞台都与时代变化紧密相关，特别是在历史转折点的年代，从时代的宠儿一下子落到文革批判的风口浪尖上。关注这一代人的成长史、教育经历也是对一段历史文化的关注，对特殊时期的中国高等教育的探析。本文从招生制度转变的角度着手，结合时代变迁的特征，通过对工农兵学员这一群体特征的分析来了解"文革"十年中国高等教育人才断层的状况。

Abstract： The Worker-Peasant-Soldier Student is a special phenomenon in China from 1970 to 1976 in the field of higher education. In the background of the politicized education, their growing experience and education are deeply marked brand of the times. From the wave of Educational Revolution to The Cultural Revolution, Recommended system replaces College Entrance Exam System. The Worker-Peasant-Soldier Students are the product of the recommendation system under special admissions criteria. They are closely related to the changes of the times from birth to exit the stage of history, Especially in history's turning points. The Worker-Peasant-Soldier Student falls from the darling of the times to the cusp of the Cultural Revolution. Follow the growth history of this generation and their educational experience is also concerned about some history and culture, and analysis the special period of higher education in China. From the perspective of the changing enrollment system, combined with the characteristics of changing times, This article wants to understand the situation of Chinese higher education personnel fault in Cultural Revolution through the characteristic of The Worker-Peasant-Soldier Student.
