摘要： 本文以职称论文发表期刊系统构建的观点对本科生导师制质量保障体系的构建进行研究，详细地介绍了该质量保障体系的内涵及系统构成，并从PDCA循环的角度分析了该体系的运行机理和特点。最后，就该质量保障体系的构建提出了几点建议。

Abstract： This article studied the quality guarantee system's construction of undergraduate tutorial system in the view of system building, and introduced the connotation of the quality guarantee system and the system structure in details. In another aspect, this article also analyzed the running mechanism and characteristics of the system from the angle of the PDCA cycle. In the last, it putted forward some advice on constructing the quality guarantee system.
