职称论文发表摘要: 以马来酸酐、苯乙烯、乙酸乙烯酯、十八醇为原料,采用三元共聚,再醇解,制备出马来酸酐/苯乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯三元共聚十八酯(OMSV),应用于改善柴油低温流动性的研究,对合成OMSV做了燕化加氢催化裂化0号柴油的降凝、降冷滤实验室评价,结果表明,当添加量为0.15%(质量)时, 其凝点可降低31℃,冷滤点可降低11℃。

Abstract: he maleic anhydride-styrene- vinyl acetate copolymer(MSV) was prepared first from maleic anhydride, styrene and vinyl acetate, then it was esterified by octadecanol and the maleic anhydride-styrene-vinyl acetate copolymer derivative(OMSV) was obtained finally. The OMSV was employed as pour point depressant(PPD) to improve the low-temperature fluidity of the 0# diesel fuel from Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.. The result indicated that the solidification point(SP) and the cold filter plugging point(CFPP) was affected largely, and when 0.15% OMSV was added to diesel fuel, the SP reduced by 31℃, the CFPP reduced by 11℃ simultaneously, respectively.
