摘要:
本文提出了一种预测复合材料层合板低速冲击下分层损伤的数值分析方法。采用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA计算层合板冲击响应。计算过程中考虑了层合板的逐步失效对层合板刚度的影响,得到了更加合理的冲击响应过程。提取冲击响应过程中的最大冲击接触力,将最大冲击接触力作为集中载荷准静态加载到板的冲击接触处。然后在后处理中采用分层失效准则得到了分层损伤的形状和尺寸。对几种典型的层合结构进行模拟计算,预测得到的分层尺寸和形状与文献中的实验结果取得较好的一致。

Abstract:
A numerical method was proposed to predict delamination damage in laminated composites under low-velocity impact. Impact response analysis was performed using dynamic finite element code ANSYS/LS-DYNA. Stiffness degradation due to progressive damage was considered in impact response analysis, thus, more reasonable impact response was obtained. The maximum impact force was taken from the force-time curve, and applied at the impact locality of the laminate. Delamination criterion was then adopted to predict the shape and sizes of delamination. Taking several types of laminates as examples, numerical simulation was carried out. A good agreement between the numerical prediction and the experimental results available in the open literature for the shape and sizes of delamination was obtained.
