摘要: 为了利用monte carlo方法来模拟计算γ射线在人体组织中的剂量分布,两分法根据人体任一组织均可看作由其他两种人体组织混合而成的假设条件,从而依据人体组织的CT值推导出人体组织的化学组成和质量密度。本
职称论文根据γ光子与物质相互作用原理构造了 函数模型,通过多元线性回归分析的方法拟合出人体各主要元素以及人体各组织的 函数系数,并分别进行人体组织 函数模型系数验证和人体组织组成成分质量百分比验证。验证的结果表明, 函数模型对两分法的验证结果数据拟合程度高,最大误差低于10%,证明两分法根据CT值推导人体组织化学组成的方法是有效的。

Abstract: he dichotomy method is an effective method to convert CT numbers into mass density and elemental weights of tissues required as input for dose calculations with Monte Carlo theory, in accordance with the supposition that any tissue of human body can be composed of another two tissues. The aim of our work is to deduce a relative mathematic mode,the function model, related to energy of rays and mass attenuation coefficient, according to the principles of the interactions between γ-ray and substances. With the function model, we obtains the coefficient of function of human body’s major elements and tissues through the analysis of regression, and testifies the availability of dichotomy method through two factors, the coefficient of function of human body’s tissues and the mass percentage of component tissues.
