铝合金具有轻质高强的优点,因此在交通运输业及航空行业有广泛的应用。其中快速凝固-粉末冶金方法制备的Al-Fe-Cr-Ti合金在高温下具有较高的机械强度和足够的抗氧化性而被广泛研究。本文研究了Al-Fe-Cr-Ti合金在等温锻造过程中的微观组织及力学性能变化。结果表明Al-Fe-Cr-Ti合金在不同应变速率及变形温度条件下等温锻的微观组织仅有微小变化。等温锻样品室温下抗拉强度对等温锻变形温度较为敏感,随着等温锻变形温度的升高,合金抗拉强度逐渐降低;300 ℃时抗拉强度对等温锻变形温度不敏感,在280 MPa范围内浮动。

Abstract: Aluminum alloys have wide applications in the automotive and aerospace industries due to their high strength and light weight. Al-Fe-Cr-Ti alloy, which commonly prepared by rapid solidification and powder metallurgy, have been widely studied due to the great mechanical properties and oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures. The current work investigates the microstructure and mechanical properties of the Al-Fe-Cr-Ti alloys during isothermal forging. The results suggest the alloys after isothermal forging have similar microstructure at all processing parameters. The ultimate tensile stress (UTS) of the alloys at room temperature is sensitive to the forging temperatures, and it decreased when the forging temperature increased. When the tensile tests are performed at 300 ℃, the UTS of the alloys are not sensitive to the deformation temperatures, it is about 280 MPa.
