摘要： 土建工程学职称论文发表，本文在鼓励私有资本参与的背景下，绅士化现象大量出现在国内外历史文化街区的保护与更新过程中。文章通过上海田子坊与新天地为例，研究历史文化街区的绅士化现象对街区建筑空间景观产生的具体影响。研究认为，绅士化的更新方式确实能提高和改善历史文化街区的物质空间景观，但不同模式的绅士化会影响传统建筑与街区空间的保护程度。

Abstract： Along with the development-led historical conservation, the phenomenon of gentrification has surged up in world wide. Based on the case of historical preservation and regeneration of Tian Zifang and Xin Tiandi which are both located in central Shanghai, this paper tries to explore the impact of gentrification to the preservation of architctural and spatial landscape. It concludes with that the varied pattern of conservation under gentrification will have different impact on the progress of preservation of historical urban blocks, and the outcomes of the urban landscape in conserquence.
