职称论文对旋式轴流通风机级间区域的流动特性是近些年流体动力学研究的一个热点,尤其是对旋式轴流通风机级间的压力脉动与叶片振动之间的动力学关系尚未揭示清楚。本文运用时频分析过程中小波分解与重构的信号处理方法,在相对流量系数Φ=1和Φ=0.605的两种不同流量工况下,进行了对旋式轴流通风机级间压力脉动与叶片振动的流固耦合分析。结果表明,对旋式轴流通风机级间流固耦合流场主要激发二级叶片的一阶振动,气流脉动频率和振动频率的一致性体现了很好的耦合特性,两级叶片切割气流使流场产生变化,引发气流的脉动,气流的脉动使叶片发生变形,激发叶片的同频振动,叶片的变形反过来又使流场发生变化;旋转失速、旋涡移动和破裂引发低频气流脉动并激发叶片的涡流振动。

Abstract: The flow characteristics of the inter - level region of the rotating axial flow fan is a hot spot in the research of the fluid dynamics, especially the dynamic relationship between the pressure fluctuation and the vibration of the blade. In this paper, the use of frequency analysis of wavelet decomposition and reconstruction of signal processing method, and in the relative flow coefficient Φ=1 and Φ =0.605 two different flow conditions, the fluid solid coupling analysis of rotating axial flow fan inter stage pressure pulsation and vibration of blade. The results show that there is a good coupling characteristic of the first order vibration of the two stage blades, the flow of the air flow and the vibration frequency of the blade, and the vibration of the blade, and the flow of the blade, and the vortex vibration.
