Abstract： In this paper,we define a kind of new Sobolev space- relative Sobolev space . Then elliptic partial differential equation of second order with Ill-posed boundary is discussed. By utilizing the ideal of generalized inverse of operator, we introduce the generalized solution of Ill-posed boundary problem. Eventually, the connection between generalized inverse and generalized solution is studied.
