核科学技术发表职称论文摘要: 本文主要研究了带内螺旋缠绕管的管套管双面加热直流蒸汽发生器元件中沸腾段内螺旋管螺距设置的优化问题。根据文献中的实验结果分析了内螺旋管螺距对压降和换热系数的影响,利用有约束非线性最优化方法对沸腾段螺距进行了优化,并在给定工况下得出了沸腾段最优螺距沿管长的分布,所得结论可为工程设计提供理论依据。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the optimal pitch arrangement in double-side heating once-through steam generator with helix tube inside.According to the experimental results in literature, it was analyzed that the effects of the pitch on frictional pressure drop and heat transfer coefficient in boiling section.And the pitch was optimized by the constrained nonlinear optimization method. The result showed that the optimal pitch can be fitted well by exponential function in boiling section.And the conclusions can be used for engineering practice.
