摘要：
随着我国经济的快速发展，居民的收入有了显著提高。从而带动了国内汽车消费的快速增长。居民私家车保有量呈不断上升趋势。私人汽车保有量的多少，与经济发展程度、居民收入以及道路建设等因素有着密切的联系，本文通过利用最小二乘法，及多项式拟合的方法，利用MATLAB软件，利用最小二乘法计算出汽车保有量预测的计算公式，并根据影响汽车保有量的这些因素，分别利用多项式拟合理论及所给数据可以求出各可能因素预测函数及相应拟合图，最后将预测到的各个影响因素的预测值带入得出的预测私家车保有量的公式中，计算出了2010年私家车的汽车保有量值。

Abstract：
