摘要： 给出了矩阵特征值的定义及确定特征值范围的圆盘定理。基于模拟退火算法提出了一种新算法，新算法用于解决实特征值的求解问题。具有通用性，算法的稳定性也大大提高。数值实验表明，新算法的求解精度有了明显的提高。

Abstract： In this paper a new algorithm based on Simulated Annealing Algorithm is put forward and applied to solve the eigenvalue problem. Results show that the new algorithm has currency and the stability of algorithm has been greatly improved.
