摘要： 本文针对当前数据中心网络的网络拥塞问题，在现有的拥塞控制算法中没有考虑到被转移数据流的时延、分组丢失率，不能够保障被转移数据流的QoS属性。本文提出一种了SDN架构下基于QoS的拥塞控制算法，本算法在产生拥塞的节点处，选择对时延敏感度较弱的数据流进行重路由，以链路的时延和分组丢失率为标准，结合遗传算法选择合适的重路由路径，通过仿真验证本算法能够降低时延，分组丢失率，解决节点的拥塞问题。

Abstract： In this article,we focous on the congestion problem in the data central network(DCN), according to the recent researches of congestion control algorithm,they did not consider the delay,packet loss the flow which be transformed,and couldn't guarantee the QoS attributes.So we put on a congestion control algorithm based on QoS in the SDN architecture.In our algorithm, we choose the flow which less sensitive about delay to reroute,and choose the routeA congestion control algorithm based on QoS in SDN with standered of delay and packet loss,conbine the genernic algorithm to compute the routes,according to the simulation our aogorithm can decrease the delay,packet loss and solve the problem of congestion.
