摘要:
由于移动互联网的快速发展,运营商面临被"管道化"的威胁。迫于OTT(Over The Top)应用的压力,运营商应该充分利用庞大的用户资源和优秀的基础网络设施,积极探索电信实时通信(RTC: Real Time Communication)能力,开放给广大用户。本文基于ROA(Resource-Oriented Architecture, 面向资源的架构)阐述了对RTC基础支撑能能力的封装和开放。

Abstract:
Due to the rapid development of mobile Internet, the operators have to face the threat of being a pipe. Under the pressure of the OTT (Over The Top) apps, operators should make full use of the huge user resources and excellent basic network facilities to actively explore telecom Real-Time Communication (RTC) capability, and open the capability to the masses of users.Based on ROA (Resource-Oriented Architecture), this paper describes the encapsulation and opening of RTC basic support capabilities.
