摘要:
由停车问题引发的交通拥堵也日益突出;针对传统停车场收费系统存在的不足,本文设计了一种基于移动支付的停车场电子不停车收费系统,该系统以广泛应用于智能交通系统的车牌识别为身份鉴别手段,以已深入到人们日常生活的移动支付为收费方式,并重点针对移动支付的多样性设计了基于哈希表的多元移动支付平台,提升系统对移动支付的集成能力。最后对系统进行了实验验证,系统能够很好的完成移动支付集成,完成车辆的快速收费管理,具有一定的应用和参考价值。

Abstract:
With the prosperity and development of the national economy, the number of motor vehicles have a booming growth, and the traffic congestion caused by the parking problem is becoming increasing prominent. In view of the shortage of the traditional parking collection toll system, this paper designs aElectronic Toll Collection based on mobile payment for smart parking. This system uses the license plate recognition which is widely used in the intelligent transportation system as the means of identification, and has paid more attention to the mobile paymentwhich is deep into people's daily life, and designed a hash table based on the diversity of mobile payment platform. Multi-mobile payment platform to enhance the system's ability to integrate mobile payment. Finally, the system has been verified by experiment, the system can complete the integration of mobile payment, the completion of the rapid charge management of the vehicle, with a certain application and reference value.
