摘要：
此研究选取佛罗里达州和墨西哥东湾其中5个站点的海水位数据作为研究对象，分析了1999年到2003的海水位数据在小尺度上的分布特性。我们发现，小尺度上海水位数据具有重尾分布的特征，研究中实际分析的小尺度上的数据服从对数正态或Burr分布这两种重尾分布。

Abstract：
In this study, sea level data from 5 stations of Florida and Eastern Gulf of Mexico from 1999 to 2003 are selected as research object. We found that sea level data has the characteristics of heavy tail in the small scale. Sea level data that we analyzed conformed to the heavy-tailed distribution, which is lognormal distribution or Burr distribution.
