摘要:
随着智能手机、可穿戴设备和微型植入体传感器设备的发展,为了更好地进行医疗监测服务,并将医疗服务更好地应用于人们的日常生活,基于智能终端的移动医疗研究最近引起很大的关注。然而,移动医疗服务的推动,仍面临包括信息安全和隐私保护在内的诸多安全问题。在本文中,针对移动医疗中的急救过程,我们提出了基于机会计算的以用户为中心的安全和隐私保护模型。该模型可以在医疗急救中有效地实现以用户为中心的隐私访问控制,并提供高可靠的个人健康信息处理和传输,同时尽量减少在移动医疗急救中的隐私泄露。

Abstract:
With the pervasiveness of smart phones, wearable devices and micro implant sensor devices, People have pay more attention to improve monitoring service and to apply it to daily life efficiently. However, the flourish of mobile healthcare still faces many challenges including information security, privacy preservation, etc. In this paper, on account of the process of emergency medical treatment, we propose a secure and privacy-preserving model which is based on opportunity calculation and user-centric privacy access controlled. This model can be used to realize access control to user-centered privacy efficiently, and offer high reliable management and transmission of personal health information as well. Meanwhile, the leakage of privacy is minimized in mobile healthcare emergency.
