摘要：
随着移动互联网的兴起，特别移动支付技术的成熟，为在线医疗的实现奠定了的良好的技术基础。控制癌症发展形势的有效手段除了预防之外，最为关键的就是癌症的早期诊断和早期治疗。针对癌症的早期诊断技术有许多，但是基因诊断是其中最为直接有效的技术之一。本文针对移动互联网环境下进行基因诊断技术推广的现实需求，创造性地提出了基于移动支付的基因诊断收费管理系统。文中首先分析了系统的总体方案，从系统需求、设计目标、功能结构和业务流程出发，进行了数据库设计和系统顶层架构技术解析。随后，文章着重讨论了基于第三方支付接口技术的移动支付功能的实现。最后，全面阐述了系统的安全策略建立过程与具体实践。

Abstract：
With the rise of the mobile Internet, especially mobile payment technology is mature, it has laid a good technical foundation for the realization of online medical. Effective means of controlling the development of cancer in addition to prevention, the most critical is the early diagnosis and early treatment of cancer. There are many early diagnosis techniques for cancer, but genetic diagnosis is one of the most direct and effective techniques. In this paper, based on the actual needs of gene diagnosis technology in mobile Internet environment, the paper puts forward the management system based on mobile payment. Firstly, this paper analyzes the overall scheme of the system, from the system needs, design objectives, function structure and business process, the database design and system architecture technology analysis. Subsequently, the paper focuses on the implementation of mobile payment function based on the third party payment interface technology. Finally, the establishment process and the concrete practice of the security strategy of the system are described in detail.
