摘要： 近年来，我国经济高速发展，同时能源需求也在逐步增加，而高校作为一个重要组成部分，在用能方面占据一个很大的比重。因此，在高校进行节能减排成为一个关键措施。本文介绍了现在高校用能现状及目标，最后基于物联网与云计算相结合的技术，构建了一个校园能耗监测平台，并在此基础上进行了系统的软件与数据库的开发，使决策者可以在此基础上进行校园能耗的分析，为进一步节能管理提供依据。

Abstract： In recent years, with China's rapid economic development, energy demand is also gradually increasing, but the university, as an important part, occupies a large proportion in terms of energy use. Therefore, among colleges, universities energy saving has become a key measures. The paper describes the current status quo and universities energy goals, at last, based on the Internet of things and cloud computing techniques to build a campus energy consumption monitoring platform ,and developped the software and database system. that enables decision makers to analyze energy consumption on campus, and provide a basis for further energy management.
