摘要:
热效应会严重影响激光的输出特性,提高激光的热稳定性是人们研究的热点之一。本文对直腔调Q激光器的稳定性进行分析,并设计了一个性能优良的热稳的谐振腔。基于氧化石墨烯溶液和我们设计的谐振腔,获得了最短脉冲532ns的调Q激光脉冲。

Abstract:
Thermal effect of a laser seriously affects the output characteristics and limits laser performance. Improving thermal stability of a laser is becoming a current hot research subject. In this paper, the thermal stability of a passively Q-switched laser with line cavity was investigated in theory and a resonator with fine performance in thermal stability was designed. Based on the resonator we designed and the graphene oxide in heavy water (deuteroxide, D2O), a Q-switched laser with 523 ns shortest pulse width was experimentally implemented.
