摘要:
众所周知,现实社会网络具有社团结构。本文在已有构造社团结构网络模型方法的基础上,引入模块化系数,构建接近于现实网络参数的模型;并通过平均场方法,利用微分动力学方程研究该网络模型中的病毒传播动力学,得出传播阈值数学表达式,并通过数值仿真加以验证。仿真和分析表明:社团结构越强,网络的度分布越广,且病毒传播临界值越小;但当传染率增大到一定程度,强社团结构的稳态病毒传播规模反而较小。

Abstract:
As is well-known, real social network has the property of community structure. Based on the existing model method for community structure networks, we introduce modularity measure and build a social network model with community which is close to the real network parameters. Then we use the mean field theory and corresponding differential equation to study the epidemic propagation dynamics of network model, and get the mathematical expression of epidemic threshold. Simulation and analysis show that the stronger the community structure is, the wider the network degree distribution will be, and the critical value of virus spreading becomes smaller. However, when the infection rate exceeds a certain number, the steady-state scale of virus spreading will become smaller in the stronger community structure network.
