摘要：
为提高煤矿企业的现代化管理水平，对煤矿企业的生产经营活动进行有效管理，研发了煤矿精细化信息管理系统，分析了系统的设计原理和数据库技术。同时，为提高管理系统的数据信息分析能力，提出了数据仓库和决策支持的设计方法，为精细化的管理决策提供辅助支持。系统已经在现场应用，反馈效果良好。

Abstract：
In order to improve the level of the modem management and manage the production and operation of coal mine enterprise effectively, the fine information management system of coal mine was developed and analysis the principle of design and the technology of database system. At the same time, the paper puts forwards the design method of data and decision support which provides assistance for the fine management decision.
