摘要：
数字版权管理（DRM）已经成为保障网络环境下，数字内容合法交易传播使用的重要手段。本文从传统的DRM系统体系结构入手，分析了传统DRM系统在复杂性、可靠性、互操作性等方面的问题，提出了利用云计算虚拟化等技术解决当前DRM系统问题，给出了云计算平台下DRM系统的具体框架和解决方案并探讨此方案存在的问题。
