摘要:
本文根据材料破坏曲面的共同特点,提出了均匀度的概念, 均匀度是平均应力 σm的函数,D=f(σm,σmo,σmax, Rmax),反映平均应力 σm对材料破坏过程的影响,在一定范围内均匀度和平均应力 σm成正相关,,均匀度决定材料破坏曲面的π平面的曲线形状和子午面上的弯曲度,通过均匀度概念把π平面上破坏曲线和子午面上破坏曲线联系起来。并且基于均匀度概念提出各向同性材料的破坏曲面方程。各向同性材料均匀度强度理论只有五个与材料相关的常数,五个材料常数的物理意义明确,文中给出了五个材料常数的确定方法。各向同性材料均匀度强度理论可以准确描述各类材料的破坏特性,和公开发表的水泥、花岗岩、铸铁、铝硅合金、沙土等试验结果非常一致,说明各向同性材料均匀度强度理论揭示了各类各向同性材料破坏的基本规律。

Abstract:
This article proposed the concept of uniformity based on the common feature of the material damage surfaces. Uniformity is the function of the mean stress σm , D=f(σm,σmo,σmax, Rmax,),reflecting the impact of the average stress σm on the failure process. In a certain range, uniformity and average pressure σm is positively correlated,and the uniformity determine the π plane curve shape of material damage surfaces and the curvature of the meridional plane. Through the concept of uniformity, we linked the material damage surfaces on the π plane and destruction curve of the meridional plane. Based on the concept of uniformity, we propose the destroy surface equation of isotropic material. Isotropic material uniformity strength theory has 5 constants related to materials of clear physical meaning, and this paper presents a method for determining the 5 material constants. Isotropic material uniformity strength theory can accurately describe the characteristics of various types of material damage , and the theory is very consistent with the published test results of cement , granite , cast iron and aluminum-silicon alloy and other materials, describing Isotropic material uniformity strength theory reveals the basic laws of all kinds of damage to Isotropic materials.
