摘要：
国内求职网站简历模板由于搜集信息条目不一致、存储结构以及接口不兼容等问题，不同网站之间往往不能进行简历交换。提出一种统一的简历交换标准，使用xml进行数据存储、校验和格式转换，提供基于RSA加密的简历的安全传递策略，实现简历的标准化以及信息共享，提高简历投递效率，降低维护成本。

Abstract：
As inconsistent of the collection of information, difference of storage structure and incompatible of the interfaces of the civil recruit web sites, different sites usually can not exchange their resumes. Present a unified exchanging standard of resumes, use XML to do the data storage, validation and format conversion, provide an RSA encryption-based delivery strategy of the resumes, and achieve the standardization of resume and information sharing. It will improve the resume delivery efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
