摘要:
闭孔泡沫铝是一种结构复杂的多孔材料,在数值模拟过程中如何对其进行有效地建模是当前学者们的研究热点。目前,人们对泡沫铝的建模主要分为两个方面,一是均匀化建模,二是利用单胞结构进行周期性建模,但是泡沫铝本身不是连续均匀材料,并且也不存在周期性,因此传统的建模方法存在一定的局限性。为了解决泡沫铝建模的难题,本文将采用CT断层扫描的手段对泡沫铝的真实结构进行建模,然后利用Rapidform、HYPERMESH及ABAQUS对模型进行处理、网格划分及压缩有限元计算,模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好。结果表明利用CT扫描的方法对泡沫铝进行建模然后进行有限元计算是一种有效的模拟方法。

Abstract:
As closed-cell aluminum foam is a kind of porous material with complex structure, so people pay much attention on how to make an efficient model in the simulation. In the current, there are two methods to make a model, modelling with homogeneous material and modelling with periodic structure, while aluminum foam is neither homogeneous nor periodic, so there are some limitations in these methods. To solve the problem, this thesis will make a real model of the aluminum foam with the relative density of 0.17 by using the method of CT scanning. The scanning model is modified、meshed、analyzed by using the software of Rapidform、HYPERMESH and ABAQUS, and finally we obtain the property of the alumimum foam's compression, the results of the simulation agree with the experiment well. The results show that it is an efficient method to make a model of aluminum foam by using CT scanning.
