摘要:
压痕技术因其便于操作、测试精度高等特点已在传统软材料上得到应用,但对于具有多场耦合特征的软材料,仍有待发展定量化的压痕测试技术。在微小尺寸下,除了厘清相关材料参数的影响,还须在压痕理论模型中计入表面粘附效应。本文基于JKR模型考虑粘附效应的影响,采用势理论方法研究具有预变形的电活性软弹半空间与刚性压头之间的接触问题,以球形压头为例,导出了电活性软弹半空间内任一点电-弹性场的三维精确表达式,为进一步完善电活性软材料的微纳米压痕测试技术提供理论依据。

Abstract:
Indentation technique has been widely adopted to determine the properties of traditional soft materials for its ease of operation and high degree of accuracy. But for those with muti-field coupling, effective quantitative indentation testing still requires further explorations. At small scales, the surface adhesion may play an important role during indentation, and needs to be included in the theoretical model. In this paper, the adhesive effect is considered using the JKR model, and the potential theory method is employed to investigate the contact between a rigid indenter and a pre-deformed soft electroactive half-space. As an illustrated example, exact three-dimensional distributions of the electro-elastic field in the half-space pressed by a spherical indenter are derived. This work will provide a theoretical basis for developing quantitative micro- and nano-indentation test techniques for characterizatoin of soft electroactive materials.
