摘要:
基于纳米压痕技术,对核电用焊接接头的局部力学性能和微塑性变形行为开展实验研究。首先通过多次重复实验取平均的方式获得焊接接头各个区域的弹性模量和硬度分布特征,同时分析各区域在单向压痕下的载荷-压入深度曲线;之后对各个区域进行循环压痕实验,比较其压入深度随循环周次的演化特征。研究结果对汽轮机焊接转子的焊接工艺的优化、寿命预测和可靠性设计具有重要的借鉴意义。

Abstract:
Based on the technology of the nano-indentation, the basic mechanical properties and local micro plastic deformation behavior of theturbine rotor steel weldedjoint were studied. Firstly, the distribution of the elastic modulus and the hardness along the direction perpendicular to the fusion line of the welded joint was studied from the average value of the repeated experiments, and the contact load- indentation depth curve in different area of the welded joint was also discussed. Then, under the cyclic loading condition, the evolution curve of the maximum indentation depthat different areas was discussed. The research results have important reference value for the optimization of welding process, life prediction and reliability design of turbine welding rotor.
