摘要:
采用超单元法和解析法对热导率符合指数变化的二维功能梯度材料(2D-FGM)平板的稳态热传导过程进行分析,研究了材料热导率参数变化对2D-FGM平板温度分布的影响,发现随着热导率参数的增加,等温线最低点位置不断向左偏移,板内最高温度不断减小。分析了超单元法的计算精度及效率,超单元法与解析法得到的最大节点温度相比误差不超过0.5%,与传统有限元解对比,发现超单元法可以显著提高计算效率,从而超单元法的引入为功能梯度材料结构部件的热力耦合计算和失效分析提供了新的思路。

Abstract:
The steady state heat conduction analysis for 2D-FGM plate with exponential function of thermal conductivity coefficient is studied by using the super element method and analytical method. The effect of variation of thermal conductivity coefficient on the temperature distribution for the 2D-FGM plate is analyzed. It is found that with the increase of the thermal conductivity coefficient, the position of the lowest point of the isotherm is shifted to the left, and the highest temperature in the plate decreases. The computational accuracy and efficiency of super element method is analyzed. The error of maximum node temperature obtained by the super element method and analytical method is no more than 0.5%. Compared with the traditional finite element method, the super element method can greatly improve the computational efficiency. Thus, it provides a new idea for the thermal-mechanical coupling calculation and failure analysis of functionally graded materials by using the super element method.
