摘要:
薄壁结构是飞行器的典型轻量化承力构件,开展其先进优化设计具有重要的理论研究与工程应用价值。本文以飞行器薄壁结构为研究对象,开展了其上开口形状的优化设计研究。研究中针对曲面结构中开口轮廓难以定义的问题,将开口轮廓曲线定义在其参数平面内,通过映射关系实现对曲面上的开口形状的描述,并与先进优化设计手段想结合,建立了曲面开口形状设计的一般流程。最后,通过典型设计实例证明了该设计流程的有效性。

Abstract:
Thin-walled structures are typical light-weight structures for load carrying in aircraft. It is very important to do advanced optimization design of thin-walled structures for both theoretical study and engineering application. In this paper, cutout shape is designed for aircraft structures. The design variables are defined in planar parametric coordinate system and the spacial boundary is described by mapping the planar curve into 3D space. The definition is combined with advance optimization techniques in order to generate a design procedure for thin-walled structures. Finally, it is proved to be effective by typical design examples.
