摘要:
本文利用Lennard-Jones势研究了刚性球粒与半无穷弹性衬底的分子间相互作用。首先从弹性衬底的不可压性导出了刚性颗粒施加于衬底表面的法向力分布,其次运用Green函数获得了衬底表面变形的解析解,并讨论了颗粒尺寸和位置对变形衬底表面形貌的影响。这些结果有益于软弹性衬底颗粒吸附以及原子力显微镜测量中针尖与表面相互作用等现象的理解。

Abstract:
Molecular interaction between a rigid spherical particle and a semi-infinite incompressible elastic substrate is studied by invoking the Lennard-Jones potential. It is inferred that the particle exerts a distributed normal force to the substrate surface. Then the surface deformation of the substrate is obtained analytically by using the Green function technique. The effects of particle size and position on the surface morphology of the deformed substrate are discussed, and the results may be helpful to the understanding of some phenomena such as particle adsorption on elastic surfaces as well as tip-surface interaction in atomic force microscope measurements.
