摘要:
对混凝土等脆性材料进行直接拉伸抗拉强度测试难度较大,通常采用劈拉等方法进行间接测试,而应力状态对于混凝土等材料影响较大。在借鉴巴西圆盘劈拉试验方法的基础上,建立了采用普通万能材料试验机进行旋转椭球体常规压-拉-拉应力状态强度测试的测试方法。通过对比巴西圆盘试件和圆球试件劈拉实验结果,得到钢纤维混凝土在压-拉-拉应力状态下的抗拉强度值1.44MPa略低于压-拉应力状态下的抗拉强度1.51Mpa的测试结果。这是由于旋转椭球体劈拉试验方法测定的混凝土强度值处于拉压子午线上,相较于巴西圆盘劈拉试验方法更具特征性,同时该方法简便易行,可工程实际中广泛应用。

Abstract:
By the Brazilian disc split method, the spilt principle for the radial compression of rotating spheroid has been discussed. The split principle and detailed operation method for concrete sphere specimen has been presented. The transform equation concerning Brazilian disc split strength, sphere specimen split strength, octahedral stress and the Rode angel has been obtained. This method can realize C/T/T proportional loading by ordinary universal testing machine and the tested strength point with the Rode angel θ=60 is on tension meridian line. The concrete specimens with 1% steel fiber has been tested, and in the Brazilian disc specimen test, the split strength was σT=1.512MPa.
