摘要:
在多种非比例多轴应变循环加下63Sn-37Pb钎料合金的非弹性流动特性进行了实验研究。研究发现,在同一多轴加载路径下,相同等效应变率下,材料的非弹性性应变率与偏应力之间的夹角与等效应变幅值密切相关;而相同等效应变幅值下,材料的非弹性流动特性对等效应变率的依赖不大;在有保持时间的非比例应变路径下,在保持时间范围内非弹性应变率的方向与偏应力的方向基本相同;圆形及椭圆形加载路径下,材料的非弹性性应变率与偏应力之间的夹角较其它加载路径下的夹角变化范围小。

Abstract:
An experimental investigation was carried out of the properties of 63Sn-37Pb solder alloy subjected to nonproportional multiaxial strain cyclic paths. It has been discovered that the corresponding angles between non-elastic strain rate and deviatoric stress is closely related to equivalent strain amplitude with the same equivalent strain rate under each multiaxial loading path, but the property of non-elastic flow is weakly dependent on the equivalent strain rate with same strain amplitude. During the dwell time, the direction of the non-elastic strain rate is basically the same with the deviatoric stress. Under the circular and rhombic loading paths, the variation range of the angle between the non-elastic strain rate and deviatoric stress is smaller than the other nonproportional loading paths.
