摘要:
本文利用线性分层模型研究了材料参数任意变化的功能梯度涂层半空间在刚性球形压头作用下的完全粘着接触问题。利用积分变换方法将问题归结为奇异积分方程,数值求解获得接触力的分布,讨论了接触力随涂层材料参数梯度变化对接触力的影响。

Abstract:
The adhesive contact problem of a functionally graded coated half-space indented by a rigid spherical punch is considered. The whole contact region is assumed stick with the interfacial friction sufficiently large to prevent any slip from taking place between the indenter and the half space. The linear multi-layered model is used to model the functional graded coating with arbitrarily varying shear modulus and constant Poisson’s ratio under axisymmetric loads. By using the transfer matrix method and Hankel integral transform technique, the problem is reduced to a set of Cauchy singular integral equations. An iterative method is developed to solve singular integral equations numerically. Normal contact pressure and tangential tractions in the whole contact region are calculated. It is found that appropriate gradual variation of the shear modulus can significantly alter the contact traction.
