摘要:
为考察声速测量对声发射源定位精度的影响,利用PCI-2系统在外径为35mm的钢管上做了不同声速的三组试验,得到检测点群与真实位置的对比结论: 速度偏大时,所测得的值大部分在真实值的外部;速度适中时,所测得的值大部分在以真实值为中心的小范围里;速度偏小时,所测得的值大部分在真实值的内部;由不同探头间距测得声速的不同,提出了考虑间距不同引起声速差异的定位模型,计算了传统时差定位算法的误差。

Abstract:
Sonic speed affects locating result enormously in Acoustic emission (AE) detection. To test the effect of sonic speed on locating precision, using PCI-2 systerm produced by PAC corp. in US, 3 group of experimentations are done on steel tube whose outer-dia. is 35mm; contrasted conclusion between detecting points and ture place is obtained, it can be used in validation of test. Variety of sonic speed as space between sensors changes is analyzed, and a new model which considering the variety is brought forward, then the error of conventional locating arithmetic on time difference is gained.
