摘要:
超声振动疲劳实验是在被加载试件上建立机械谐振波的一种共振式的实验方法。疲劳试样必须满足与实验系统谐振的条件。狗骨形试样是常用的一种疲劳试样,但其具体尺寸的确定一般只能通过数值计算获得。本文以悬链线代替试样过渡段圆弧线,介绍了狗骨形试样设计的解析方法。计算获得了狗骨形试样的谐振长度,并得出了沿试样谐振长度方向的位移分布及应力分布函数。利用有限元软件ANSYS模拟解析计算获得的试样,从几何形状误差,频率误差和最大应力误差三方面进行了误差分析。结果表明,当狗骨形试样圆弧段长度在10mm~16mm之间取值时,这种近似处理是合理可行的。

Abstract:
The essence of the ultrasonic fatigue testing is resonant. Dog-bone-shaped specimen has been used generally in the fatigue testing.However, the design and analytical calculation of that specimen is not easy. Analytical calculation have been taken in this paper by using geometry approximation between circular profile and catenary. The equation of the resonance length is gained.The distribution function of the displacement and stress along the resonance length in the testing specimen are given out.Analysis the error (geometry error; frequency error; the biggest stress error) of the geometry approximation shows that this approximate manage is reasonable and feasible when the length of circular profile span is 10mm to 16mm.
