摘要： 高速铁路司机是保障高速铁路安全运输的关键因素。研究高速铁路司机安全氛围对安全行为的影响，对于加强高速铁路司机的管理和安全行为有重要影响。结合高速铁路司机的工作环境和工作特点，在文献回顾、问卷调查及统计数据分析的基础上，研究了高速铁路司机安全氛围和安全行为的相关性；进而运用层次回归分析，对安全氛围各维度对安全行为的预测作用进行探讨。以550名高速铁路司机为研究对象，年龄和工作年限作为控制变量，运用相关分析和回归分析方法探究安全氛围各维度对安全驾驶行为的影响机制。分析认为，铁路局安全管理、安全规则对安全驾驶行为有正向预测作用，管理者安全态度、安全意识对安全驾驶行为无显著预测作用。

Abstract： High-speed railway driver is the key factor to ensure the safe transportation of high-speed railway. The study on influence of safety climate to safety behaviors of high-speed railway drivisers is significative，which can help improving the management of high-speed railway drivers and enhancing safety behaviors. Combination of high-speed railway drivers'work environment and job characteristics, this paper analyses the correlation between high-speed railway drivers' safety climate and safety behaviors which based on a review of literatures 、questionnaire survey and statistical data analysis ; and tests the dimensions of safety climate on security behavior prediction using the hierarchical regression analysis. Taking 550 high-speed railway drivers as the research object, age and working age as the control variables, using the correlation analysis and regression analysis method to explore the impact mechanism of the safe driving behavior. The result shows that safety management and safety rules of railway administration have a positive predictive effect on safe driving behaviors, safety attitude of managers and drivers safety awareness have no significant predictive effect on safe driving behavior.
