摘要: 特色型大学的本质属性突出体现在学科类型和结构的特色上,我国部分特色型大学已经发展成为学科特色鲜明的研究型大学。基于SWOT分析,可见特色型大学在创新人才培养上既有优势和劣势,又面临着机会与威胁。特色型大学应依据"优势-机会"组合策略,从教育理念、创新能力培养、开放式教育资源和文化软实力四个方面着手,培养"在综合基础上凸显行业特色"的创新人才。

Abstract: The essential attribute of characteristics-oriented university embodied in the characteristic of subject type and disciplinary structure,and some high level characteristics-oriented universities has developed into research universities with distinct subject characteristics.As far as internal and external environment is concerned,there are strengths and weaknesses as well as opportunities and threats of cultivation of talents in the characteristics-oriented universities.Referring to the SWOT analysis, it points out that the 'strengths-opportunities' is the best strategy for training innovative talents in the characteristics-oriented universities.At last,the paper proposes some practice approaches for those characteristics-oriented universities to cultivate creative talents from the educational oncepts,innovation ability training, open educational resources and soft power of culture.
