摘要: 胎带机作为机动灵活的混凝土浇筑设备,在水电工程中得到了广泛应用。但多年来,由于在胎带机布置规划时缺少计算依据,且临时调整大多依靠经验,往往无法取得最合理的布置方案。本文结合胎带机在向家坝工程的实际使用情况,设计了优化布置模型。通过计算机程序计算,模型可以针对施工现场的具体需求给出最优的胎带机空间布置方案,从而大大提高胎带机的使用效率。

Abstract: Tire belt machine as a flexible concrete pouring equipment has been widely used in Hydropower Project. But over the years, tire belt machine layout scheme is unreasonable because of the planning lack of Calculation and the interim adjustment mostly rely on the experience.In this paper, the optimization model is designed with actual use of tire belt machine in Xiangjiaba project. Model can give the specific needs of the construction site the best layout scheme by a computer program, thus greatly improving the efficient use of tire belt machine.
