摘要: 对具有绒面和普通面的桃皮绒进行染色和疏水化处理,获得了稳定的彩色超疏水表面。利用纺织的编织物理粗糙结构,采用商用防水剂对基材进行处理即可使其具有超疏水性能。研究发现,织物的正反面超疏水性能的耐洗涤性和耐磨性能存在明显的差异。在对织物进行防水剂处理之前对织物进行传统的红外线染色,可获得彩色超疏水表面。

Abstract: Stable superhydrophobic colorful surfaces were prepared by dyeing and hydrophobic finishing on peach skin textiles with a suede side and a plain side. Utilizing the physical roughness inherent in the fibrous weave, the textiles were turned superhydropobic by simply finishing of the substrates with a commercial water-repellent agent for chemical hydrophobicity. It was found that both sides can be rendered superhydrophobic, however show different durability against washing or abrasion. Dyeing could be imparted onto the surfaces by a conventional infrared rays dyeing machine before water-repellent finishing of the textiles to obtain colorful superhydrophobic surfaces.?????
