摘要: 液固流化床中固体物料的流化特性对流化床的流化质量有着重要的影响。本文对一个窄粒级煤样和五个窄粒级石英砂进行组合,在实验室流化系统下进行不同组合的流化试验。结果表明,两种物料的不同组合对混合物的流化特性有着重要的影响。发生床层倒置的必要条件是砂子的自由沉降速度小于煤粒的自由沉降速度,并且两者差值越大,临界速度越小。当流速小于临界速度时,物料按密度分选;大于临界速度时,物料按粒度分级。因此在利用流化技术进行选矿生产时必须根据分离目的选择合适的上升水流速度。

Abstract: The fluidization quality of liquid-solid fluidized bed is influenced seriously by the fluidization characteristics of solid particles in it. In this paper, five different combinations are derived by the mixing of a narrow-sized coal sample and five narrow-sized quartz sand samples. Then several fluidization experiments are conducted with the above five mixtures. It's shown that the fluidization characteristics of mixtures are affected by the different combinations of the two samples. The necessary condition of layer inversion is that the free settling velocity of sand is less than the coal's, and the bigger the gap is, the smaller the critical velocity is. When the fluidizing velocity is below the critical point, the particles are separated based on the density; and above the size. So it is important to set an appropriate fluidizing velocity according to the separation purpose in mineral processing when using the fluidization technology.
