摘要: BIGH3基因最早被发现与肿瘤的形成有密切联系,已有大量学者研究了BIGH3基因在肿瘤发生发展中的作用。现有大量研究证明,BIGH3基因在抑制角膜新生血管形成,导致角膜营养不良、圆锥角膜及抑制视网膜内皮细胞凋亡中具有重要的意义,本文将从如上几个方面阐述BIGH3基因在人体疾病中的作用。

Abstract: BIGH3 gene was first found in tumor formation, a large number of scholars have studied that the BIGH3 gene plays an important role in tumorigenesis. Numerous reseaches have proved that BIGH3 gene acted on the inhibition of corneal neovascularization, corneal dystrophy and keratoconus, leading to apoptosis in retinal endothelial cells. This article will elaborate on BIGH3 gene in human disease from the above aspects.
