摘要: 通过对预留5年的长龄期泵送混凝土试块进行抗压、回弹以及碳化试验,研究抗压强度、回弹值、碳化深度随龄期的变化规律,并分析回弹法对长龄期泵送混凝土的适用性。研究结果表明:泵送混凝土360d后的抗压强度变化缓慢,大部分混凝土出现抗压强度倒缩的现象;360d后的回弹值依旧保持缓慢的速度增长,C30以上强度的混凝土的增长速率高于C30一下强度的增长速率;随着强度的减小,碳化速率、碳化速度不断增大,5年龄期的泵送混凝土碳化值均超过10 mm;回弹法可以很好的推定长龄期泵送混凝土的强度,兰州地区长龄期泵送混凝土回弹曲线与地方规程的测强曲线存在很好的修正关系。

Abstract: Using 2.207J ordinary rebound hammer and 5.5J high-strength rebound hammer to measure the rebound values of concretes standard test block varied from C20 to C60 at the same time. Using the rebound value and compressive strength fitting under three different linear regression, set up strength curve of two kinds of rebound hammer, explore the suitability of different rebound hammer and different linear for long age pumping concrete. Comparative of long age pumping concrete strength curve with the short period of concrete strength curve. The results showed that: the power function equation of 2.207 J ordinary rebound hammer has the best fitted curve for long age pumping concrete; Long age pumping concrete rebound value is higher than young period of concrete, and the higher the compressive strength of pumped concrete, the rebound value deviation is larger; Long age rebound curve has very good modify relation with the local regulations of measuring curves.
