摘要: 本文根据匹兹堡睡眠质量指数选择9名亚健康失眠被试和9名健康被试参与实验,利用128导脑电(EEG)分析仪,提取9名亚健康失眠被试和9名健康被试静息态的64导脑电信号,通过多通道脑电信号同步性分析,脑功能网络的构建和分析,研究亚健康失眠者与健康人脑电信号的特异性差异,为亚健康失眠的定量诊断提供新思路。结果表明亚健康失眠被试与健康被试相比,脑电信号同步性降低,脑功能网络的连接减弱,大脑的活跃度降低。

Abstract: In this paper, nine subjects in sub-healthy state with insomnia and nine healthy subjects were chosen according Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index to participate in the experiment. 64-channel electroencephalography (EEG) signals of nine subjects in sub-healthy state with insomnia and nine healthy subjects in the resting state were recorded using 128-channel EEG analyzer. We researched the specific differences between subjects in sub-healthy state with insomnia and healthy subjects based on the analysis of EEG synchronism, the construction and analysis of brain functional networks, which provides new ideas for quantitative diagnosis of sub-healthy state with insomnia. The results showed that the EEG synchronism of subjects in sub-healthy state with insomnia was reduced, the edges of the brain functional network were decreased, so the brain activity was reduced.
