职称论文发表摘要: 为了研究桥梁工程用活性粉末混凝土(RPC)的力学性能,制作了一系列RPC试件,并对它们进行了试验及试验数据分析。对每片梁都制作了5组试件,并测试了各试件的抗压强度、抗折强度及弹性模量,并对不同龄期RPC的抗压强度进行了分析。试验中所有试件与梁体均采用蒸汽养护。由试验结果可知,RPC的抗压强度能在浇筑完3天后达到80MPa,15天后抗压强度能超过120MPa;RPC的平均抗折强度为19.4MPa;其弹性模量高达45GPa。试验结果还表明RPC的力学性能能很好的满足工程要求,所采用的配合比和养护制度能用于工程设计和施工。

Abstract: In order to study the mechanical performance of Reactive Powder Concrete (RPC) used for bridge engineering, series of RPC specimens are fabricated, cured, tested and analyzed. There are 5 sets specimen of are fabricated for each girder. The compressive strength, flexural strength and elastic modulus are tested according to the specimens and the compressive strength is tested with different age time. All the specimens are steam cured with the same situation as the girders. According to the test result, the compressive strength of RPC is up to 80MPa 3days after it is cast and the compressive strength is higher than 120MPa 15days later. The average flexural strength of RPC is 19.4MPa and the elastic modulus is more than 45GPa. The tested results show that the mechanical performance of RPC can satisfy the engineering requirement. The mixing proportion and the curing system can be used for engineering design and construction.
